The Rotary Club of Alford and Mablethorpe is pleased to announce that tonight we have inducted two new members, not only into our club, but into the global Rotary community.
Philip Baildon lives in Maltby Le Marsh where he is a councillor and involved in the running of Maltby Village Hall. Bryan Overall moved to Alford from Yorkshire just a few months ago so it’s great to see him getting involved in the community so quickly. Coincidentally both Philip and Bryan are retired police officers so will no doubt bring some good organisational skills to the club and a hands on attitude. It is already apparent they have a good sense of humour which is another key qualification.

As we come towards the end of the Rotary year it’s gratifying to note that, for the second year in a row, we have met our target of inducting three new members. If you would like to put something back into both the local and global community, have new experiences and make new friendships, why not enquire about joining us?
