At our weekly meeting we were joined by Colin & Dianne Scott and Nanette Chapman of the Rotary Club of Holbeach who shared about their clubs work with the Shree School for deaf children in Nepal. The school is one of only a few in Nepal catering for the education for deaf children. Their club is looking to raise £63,000 to build a new accommodation block for the children,(most of whom have to board at the school), refurbish the classrooms and provide new equipment. A great and worthwhile project which we are glad to support.
