As well as tackling global problems like Polio, Rotarians also do plenty of work in their local community and support the activities of others when we can.
Along these lines two members of our club, plus two friends, joined the Lincolnshire Co-Op Big Clean Up on the 2nd of July at Huttoft Beach. Around twenty people attended collecting 27 bags of rubbish and, oddly, half a divan bed base.
The four representing Rotary collected 8 bags between us so we earned our Co-Op provided sandwiches will having a fun and rewarding morning in the sun.
